We'll start at the parking area and move down to Preekstoel Beach to see the landmark (a ‘Preaching Pulpit’ in English) which is a rock formation on the far eastern side of Stilbaai. We then proceed to the start of the Geelkrans hiking trail and move in a clockwise circuit including the Taaibos trail, back to the starting point.

The trail twists and snakes through fynbos with their unique smell and rhenosterveld, then loops around and returns along the coast. (If it happens to be high tide during the time, we'll come back on an alternate route).

Hikers can look forward to experiencing limestone caves, and various bird species as well as fauna and flora species along the route.

An adventurous and enjoyable outing for the whole family!
