Yes, we’re halfway through 2025 already!

Have you stayed fit for the first six months of the year?  Well, keep on going or start all over… Muratie is the base for the Dirtopia trail system at the foot of Simonsberg. Winter vibes, so we start a little later.

COST: Pre-entries closing 26 June midnight.

Pre-entry fees: 

6km – R155, 11km – R190

All PRE-ENTRANTS who are under 18 years of age will pay only R65 entry fee! Late entries who are under 18 will pay normal late entry fees. Late entries will be accepted at an additional fee.

Timing by Amarider Trail Tag – available for rent (R25) or to buy (R100). Live for pre-entries. Late entries results will be available by the Tuesday morning.

ROUTE DESCRIPTIONS: With a rich history, this charming wine farm is nestled on the foot of the Simonsberg that gives us access to special hand-built trails. Still one of the most popular winter events since 2015, as runners will never get bored of all the singletrack!

GENERAL INFO:  Pre-entries will receive discount and a medal & Coke to all finishers! A refreshment station on both routes with Powerade, fruit & cold water will keep runners hydrated.  

Prizes to the winners plus lucky draws which includes wine from the estate, Sportsmans Warehouse vouchers and FALKE socks. Coffee & ‘grab n go meals’ will be for sale from early morning. If you’d like a sit-down meal at the Farm kitchen, please book a table at Muraties’ Farm Kitchen.
