Clanwilliam Registration and Start Details

The registration and start venue will be determined based on weather conditions. Unlike last time, there will be only one designated location for both registration and the start. Once finalized, a location pin will be shared.

Venue Options:

Jan Morkel Park Clubhouse has been confirmed for registration and start

Registration on:
- Friday 10 October 2025 from 15h00 untill 17h00 at Jan Morkel Clubhouse
- Saturday 11 October 2025 from 06h00 untill start

Start of Long Route
- Saturday 11 October 2025 at 7h30

Clanwilliam Municipal Sports Grounds will be our alternative  Registration and Start Venue due to weather conditions.

Please note this event is E-BIKE and GRAVEL BIKE friendly.

Shuttle Service - Graafwater

Rider leaves vehicle at Graafwater where it is safely stored. Graafwater's transport service brings the rider (without his bike, which is safely stored at Muisboskerm) back to Graafwater to his vehicle. He can then drive back to Muisbosskerm and get his bike back there.
