Join us on the 22nd of February 2025 for the inaugural Pram Dash Run/Walk!!!!

This fun filled event will take place at The Kitchen restaurant at the Mistico Equestrian Centre between Durbanville and Paarl.

Bring the whole family. Mom, Dad, Ouma, Oupa, Aunty, Oompie, Boetie, Sussie and whoever else you want to bring. 

This day is for the little ones. Teach them young to live a healthy lifestyle. And of course you will also have fun. Somebody must push the pram or stroller.

All roads are paved. No gravel.

This event is not for solo runners or walkers. It is a family event so you must be running/walking with somebody with a pram.

Adults can have more than one pram if they have more than one small child.
