The Pam Golding Properties Quadrathlon is part of the 18th annual St Francis Sport Summer Series from 15 December till 3 January 2025.
The race starts and finishes at the open space to the right of Big Time Taverna, Mayotte Circle, St Francis Bay. The usual formal is back - the race will start with a 12km cycle leg through the St Francis Links, followed by the 500m swim, 3km run and lastly the 3km paddle route on the canals. Cyclists must be 14 or older.
This popular event can be done as an individual or in a team. Each team member must enter individually in order to make up a team.
Take note:
- a series entry of R800 will give you individual access to all 10 events.
- there will be a short prize giving where the top 3 male and female participants in each age category will receive medals, and full results will be announced on social media and posted a few hours after the event;
