The Open Water Swim will take place on 28 December at 08h00, and not 16h00 as advertised.  This is the best weather window we could get.  After entering, contact Esti Stewart on 073 825 0835 to add you to the Whatsapp group so you can stay informed - we don't want to miss your entry.

The 2,3km ocean swim starts at the Port St Francis private beach (down Leighton Hulett Drive), and finishes at the Granny's Pool in Harbour Road, St Francis Bay.  Each swimmer must be accompanied by a second on a canoe. Paddlers must paddle from the Granny's Pool to get to their swimmers, and have whistles and life jackets.

Number collection and on the day registration will be available at the Port beach from 15h00 on race day.  Access to the Port for swimmers is through the gate in Leighton Hulett Drive, which will be open from 15h00.  Please park outside the Port area.  Your time will be taken on the slipway at Granny's Pool when you run through the cones.

Take note:

-  there will be a short prize giving and medals given to the top 3 male and female swimmers, full results will be announced on social media and posted on www.stfrancissport.co.za a few hours after the event;
