Our hosts are the amazing Quaggaskloof Waterski Club and Cilmor Winery.
The off-road course is designed to be a fun adventure. The bike course follows a gravel road to the award winning Cilmor Winery at the foot of the Dewetsberg mountain. The run is flat and turns around on the dam wall with a well deserved paved finish.
Quaggaskloof Waterski Club is less than a 90 minutes scenic drive from Cape Town. There is accommodation available in the form of privately owned homes or camping to suit every appetite.

Super Sprint Duathlon: 2.5km Trail Run / 12km MTB / 1.25km Trail Run
Sprint Duathlon: 6km Trail Run / 25km MTB / 3km Trail Run
Duathlon teams may consist of a maximum of 2 people.

Early Bird entries close on at midnight on 7 September. Don't delay, enter early and save!
Standard entries close at midnights on 5 October.
FOMO entries do not qualify for medals and podium prizes. No late entries on race day.

Prize giving and podium presentation will take place once all categories have finished.
Please note, you have to be at prize giving to collect your podium prize or lucky draw prize. If you are not at prize giving you forfeit your prize.

The event will be timed using timing chips. It is the responsibility of each athlete to tag properly.
