Dragonfly Tri
quaggas fitness festival duathlon 2 November.
The Quaggas Fitness Festival includes an onroad sprint triathlon and an offroad sprint duathlon. Our hosts are the amazing Quaggaskloof Waterski Club and Cilmor Winery.
The offroad bike course follows a gravel road to the award winning Cilmor Winery at the foot of the Dewetsberg mountain and is gravel bike friendly. The tar road course zips past Brandvlei Cellars for a fun and fast bike leg. The run is flat and turns around on the dam wall with a well deserved paved finish.

Quaggaskloof Waterski Club is less than a 90 minutes scenic drive from Cape Town. There is accommodation available in the form of privately owned homes or camping to suit every appetite.

Sprint Triathlon (onroad): 600m Swim / 20km Bike / 5km Trail Run
The bike leg is on paved and tar roads. The run leg is on paved and gravel roads.
Sprint Duathlon (offroad): 5km Trail Run / 21km MTB / 2.5km Trail Run
The bike leg is on gravel road and gravel bike friendly. The run leg is on paved and gravel roads.
Teams may consist of 2 or 3 people.

Early Bird entries close on at midnight on 30 June. Don't delay, enter early and save!
Standard entries close at midnights on 30 September.
FOMO entries do not qualify for medals and podium prizes. No late entries on race day.

Prize giving and podium presentation will take place once all categories have finished.
Please note, you have to be at prize giving to collect your podium prize or lucky draw prize. If you are not at prize giving you forfeit your prize.

The event will be timed using timing chips. It is the responsibility of each athlete to tag properly.
