Our host is the amazing Oak Valley Estate supported by Trail's End Bike Hotel and Peregrine Farmstall. The Oak Valley Estate boasts breathtaking and spectacular views of the surrounding Hottentots Holland, Nuweberg and Groenland mountains. Combined with the flourishing fynbos blanketing the mountain slopes, this venue will leave you with an overwhelming sense of tranquility and enchantment.

The drive from Cape Town or Worcester takes approximately 60 minutes whilst the trip from Somerset West, Gordon’s Bay and Hermanus will take approximately 35 minutes.

Sprint Duathlon: 6km Trail Run / 25km MTB / 3km Trail Run
Duathlon teams may consist of a maximum of 2 people.

Standard entries close at midnights on 31 January.
FOMO entries do not qualify for medals and podium prizes. No late entries on race day.

Prize giving and podium presentation will take place once all categories have finished.
Please note, you have to be at prize giving to collect your podium prize or lucky draw prize. If you are not at prize giving you forfeit your prize.

The event will be timed using timing chips. It is the responsibility of each athlete to tag properly.
