Run, bike, run on the amazing Oak Valley Estate supported by Trail's End Bike Hotel and Peregrine Farmstall. Book your event accommodation at Trail's End and by showing your event entry you qualify for discount. Peregrine Farmstall will supply a fresh apple juice and mouth watering pastry to all finishers!

The drive from Cape Town or Worcester takes approximately 60 minutes whilst the trip from Somerset West, Gordon’s Bay and Hermanus will take approximately 35 minutes.

We are offering 2 duathlon distances of which both are offroad mountain biking and trail running.
Super Sprint Duathlon: 3km Trail Run / 12km MTB / 1.5km Trail Run
Sprint Duathlon: 5km Trail Run / 21km MTB / 2.5km Trail Run
Duathlon teams may consist of a maximum of 2 people.

Standard entries close at midnights on 31 January.
FOMO entries do not qualify for medals and podium prizes. No late entries on race day.

Prize giving and podium presentation will take place once all categories have finished.
Please note, you have to be at prize giving to collect your podium prize or lucky draw prize. If you are not at prize giving you forfeit your prize.

The event will be timed using timing chips. It is the responsibility of each athlete to tag properly.
