The drive from Cape Town or Worcester takes approximately 60 minutes whilst the trip from Somerset West, Gordon’s Bay and Hermanus will take approximately 35 minutes.

We are offering 3 duathlon distances which include offroad mountain biking and trail running.

Standard Duathlon: 6km Trail Run / 21km MTB / 3km Trail Run (minimum age 18 Years)

Sprint Duathlon: 3km Trail Run / 12km MTB / 1.5km Trail Run (minimum age 16 Years)

Mini Duathlon: 2km Trail Run / 7km MTB / 1km Trail Run (minimum age 8 Years)

Duathlon teams may consist of a maximum of 2 people.

Early Bird entries close on at midnight on 31 December. Don't delay, enter early and save!

Late entries allowed on race day but will incur R50 late administration fee.

prize giving.

Prize giving and podium presentation will take place once all categories have finished.

Please note, you have to be at prize giving to collect your podium prize or lucky draw prize. If you are not at prize giving you forfeit your prize.

The event will be timed using timing chips. It is the responsibility of each athlete to tag properly.
