Mountain Bike Challenge Categories:
- Full Distance: (Age 15 and up)
Bike: 55km mountain bike ride through fynbos trails, vineyard paths, and rugged terrains. - Short Distance: (Age 13 and up)
Bike: 28km mountain biking course across varied landscapes, including steep climbs and fast descents. - Mini Distance: (Age 8 and up)
Bike: 18km beginner-friendly ride, perfect for those new to off-road biking or families wanting to experience the trails together.

| Route information | GPS: 34°33’58.8″S 19°28’58.4″EDrive to Gansbaai and continue through the town towards Pearly Beach/Uilkraalsmond. This is the Main Road or R43. You will pass the Great White Junction Shopping Centre with the Superspar on your right hand side. As you leave Gansbaai on your way to Pearly Beach, turn left at the Elim/Bredasdorp sign (Johnny Rockets pub will be on your left). There is a Lomond sign before this turnoff. Stay on this road for 7.8km then turn left at the Lomond flag onto the dirt road for 950m. Lomond Wine Estate tasting room will be on your right-hand side. |
