Be part of the exciting 3rd edition of the Franschhoek Cross Triathlon. The majestic Franschhoek mountains will be your backdrop as you fight it out against the elements in one of the most spectacular off-road triathlon arenas.

Full Tri: 1000m Swim - 17km Bike - 9km Run
Sprint Tri: 450m Swim - 14km Bike - 6km Run
Lite Tri: 250m Swim - 6km Bike - 4km Run
