Put on your cape and be a superhero for Persons with Disabilities! Come enjoy an early morning 5km fun run/walk to get your daily exercise while raising funds for a great cause.
Don’t forget to wear your superhero outfit!

Please note - the route is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. However the venue is 100% wheelchair friendly, so wheelchair assisted friends and family are welcome to wait at the finish line or enjoy a lovely cup of coffee while they wait and then attend the lucky draws and prize-giving afterward.
