The Rock Ultra Spice Route Recce Run
Join us for the second Recce Run of The Rock Ultra 10km route. This is a free recce run, all you need to have is a Paarl Trails permit.
This weekend we start from Spice Route and will explore the Paarl Trails from Spice Route. The route we will recce is a14km loop with approximately 450m of elevation.
From Spice Route we will run the same route 100km runners will run on the day of The Rock Ultra and also return to Spice Route along the same approach route for the 100km Rock Ultra route.
The pace will be mellow and social. Please remember to have your Paarl Trails permit ready.
