MTB Age Limits:
40km MTB: 15+ years
40km Ebike: 19+ years
20km MTB: 12+ years
10km and 5km MTB: Children under the age of 8 years are to be accompanied by a participating adult
Trail Run Age Limits:
There are no age limits however all participants under the age of 8 years are to be accompanied by a participating adult.
CSA Licenses - A CSA Day License is required for the 40km MTB race only and can be purchased with your race entry for R50.
