Discover the irresistible charm of Jakkalsvlei Wine Farm, a hidden gem along the Garden Route in the vicinity of Herbertsdale, embraced by the stunning Langeberg Mountains, just 40 km from the Indian Ocean.

Jakkalsvlei recently had the honour to have achieved a Silver reward on Ontbytsake: Overall Business Of The Year 2024 and Best Outdoor Billboard!

Another big accomplishment had recently been achieved with two wines; Mount Cuvée and the Lord Jackal Cabernet Franc which both placed in the Top 100 Wines at the 2024 National Wine Challenge!

Join us for a scout of this remarkable and well-known wine farm! They boast that their pizzas are out of this world too, so why not join us for lunch after the scouting (optional). Our table is reserved for 11h30 and it's the ideal opportunity to build your own pizza which they offer at their restaurant. You are even welcome to enjoy some of their well renown wine with your lunch and bring some home with you! The bus will leave at 13h30 to bring us back to Klipheuwel Padstal.

? Sunscreen

? Hat/head gear

? Suitable non-slip shoes

? Snacks

? Lightweight windproof jacket

? Fleece/midlayer depending the weather

? Your own emergency items, such as bandage, small petroleum jelly, blister plasters, etc

✨ Optional items:

Fingerless gloves, hiking poles, beanie, buffs, sunglasses.

If you're making use of the bus transport leaving from the Klipheuwel Farm stall, kindly opt in under 'Merchandise' and make your payment directly to Mariàn a.s.a.p. to secure your seat.

We'll meet at the dedicated visitor's parking area at Jakkalsvlei, around 8h45.
