It sounds easy, but it isn't!
The coke mile is all about having fun and competing for bragging rights. Running and drinking enthusiasts alike come together to test their fitness levels and stomach capacity in a race to consume four Cokes over a distance of 1.6km faster than other competitors. Some do it for the fun and entertainment, for others, this is where all those hours training drink Coke count. Or simply take your time and enjoy the company of friends - with some laughs in between.
