EVENT INFORMATION
Choo-Tjoe Ultra trail 67km from Wilderness historic railway Station to Knysna and Choo-Tjoe 34km trail challenge from historic Sedgefield railway station to Knysna.
Run and follow alongside the nostalgic Outeniqua Choo-Tjoe Steamtrain railway route for a scenic challenge like no other!
From single trails to jeep tracks across lakes, rivers & lagoon, coastal, forest and mountain views... old railway stations and bridges steeped in history. This is a truly unique experience not to be missed! The finish for this inaugural event is at the Knysna Oyster Festival Hub, by the Castle Lite Beer Tent, right opposite the historic Knysna station.

Choo-Tjoe Challenge 34km
WATER TABLES & CUT OFF TIMES
There will be 4 watertables on the Ultra and 2 watertables on the Challenge.
Cut-off time for the Ultra only - 12h00 at Sedgefield.
RELAY TEAMS
Teams will consist of two runners, one doing the section from Wilderness to Sedgefield, and the other team member doing the Sedgefield to Knysna section.
