The farms are filled with pickers, the cellars are buzzing with activity and the winemakers are hard at work crafting world-class wines.
Singletrack opened that will be used during the Absa Cape Epic, that YOU trail runners can enjoy. Also on Quoin Rock, just under Simonsberg. Botha routes are nature experience that you'll love. The feedback from runners are always fantastic at this venue!
Make a day of it and enjoy what Stellenbosch have to offer, as harvest time is almost over.

ROUTE DESCRIPTIONS: These beautiful routes runs deep into the Knorhoek valley with singletrack that on both routes only opened for events.

Pre-entries will get the discount. Special event medal to all online entrants. Dirtopia medal to late entries. A refreshment station on both routes will have Powerade, fruit and Coke at the finish for all! Recovery massages available. Sportsmans Warehouse vouchers, Knorhoek wines and FALKE prizes for the winners are the top three male & females of each distance, as well as in the lucky draw. There will be coffee, drinks and hamburgers, pizzas and boerewors rolls for sale.
