Olsen Private Vineyards is a family-owned and run winery nestled in the beautiful Klein Drakenstein Valley in the renowned wine region of Paarl, South Africa.
Greg Olsen acquired the vineyard in 2002. Since then the boutique cellar has been upgraded and with more attention to viticulture, we are able to get the best possible quality grapes to the cellar to produce premium quality, hand-crafted wines.
On the 9th of August 2024, we will host our 8th event on the Run The Vines calendar for the 2024 season.
Come join us for a fun day out with the family. It is National Women's Day so we will celebrate all women on that day. Maybe something special for the ladies? We always have one or two men dressed up. Prize for best-dressed male!!!

3km Oasis Paarl Junior Challenge -- Free - Start 8:50
Adult accompanying a child on 3km - R100
5km Run The
Vines - R150 - Start: 8:45
10km Run The Vines - R170 - Start: 8:30
17km Run The Vines - R190 - Start: 8:00
Timing is done by BoutTime
R50 Late entry fee.
All unpaid entries will be removed after 3 days.
Waterpoints will be available. It is however always advised to be self-sufficient when it comes to hydration when you run.
Medals for all.
Please do not leave any valuables in your car. You can leave it at registration.
