The Masgcor Cederberg Trek just got more interesting! 

We added a short format for 2024   

The entry fee remained unchanged from 2023!

AND we added a Gravel Bike Category to the Full format!

AND you can pay your entry fee in instalments!

Formats:

Full: 160km over 2 days

Lite: 110km over 2 days

Both formats will start together at Augsburg School (farm premises) outside Clanwilliam on Saturday 19 October 2024.

Categories:

Full: MTB and Gravel Bike (male and female). Note that e-bike riders are not eligible for podiums or prizes.

Lite: No official timing for this format.

Race registration: Augsburg School farm premises on Friday evening 18 October 2024 from 17h00 and Saturday morning from 6h00.

Overnight camping on Friday before the race at Augsburg School premises: two-man tents and mattresses available at R100pp (camping fees will be paid over to the school's fundraising), with full ablutions available.

Start Day 1: 19 October at 8h00

Overnight camping: Nuwerust Campsite in the Cederberg

Entry fee includes:

• Camping fee at Nuwerust
• Tent
• Mattress
• All meals (Saturday lunch and supper and Sunday breakfast, and pancakes throughout Saturday!) 
• Charging stations for e-bike batteries overnight. If you have a spare battery and would like to use it en-route, you can arrange with water point personnel to have it ready for you.
• Best goody bag ever!
• Coolest T-shirt ever!
• Fully stocked water points
• Fully marked route
• Timing - for the Full format only. The Lite format is not timed.

Start on Day 2: 8h00 

Additional optional charges (please select as part of Merchandise when you enter):

• Pre-event meal on Friday 18 October 2024 at R200pp. Funds collected will all go to the school's fundraising initiatives.
• Supporter package for Nuwerust overnighting at R1 150pp.
• Supporter/additional T-shirt at R150.

Entry Fee - R2 850 (Full and Lite)

Although the Lite format is not timed, we will have some additional logistics to host this format.

Riders and supporters are welcome to bring their own tent, but all will pay the same entry fee.
