Please note:

1. Please note that all XCM Series and Championships cater for riders from Youth category until Grand Master. Younger riders are encouraged to take part in XCM events for fun with adult supervision at all times.
2. All riders that would like to participate in the Western Cape XCM Cup series will need to register and pay an entry fee of R 100.00. Riders that do not enter the series will not be taken into consideration for the Western Cape XCM Cup series final log.
3. Enter at https://www.entryninja.com/events 
4. Entries to the Western Cape XCM Cup series will close 7 September 2024.
5. A rider must enter the WC XCM Series before he/she competes in his first event.
6. Western Cape XCM Cup series consists of 6 events, a riders’ top 4 scores will count towards his total score, a rider must do a minimum of 3 events to be brought into consideration for a top 3 position in the Western Cape Cup log.
7. A rider must complete in 3 WC XCM Cup events to qualify for Provincial colours at the WC XCM Championships.
8. An updated Provincial Colours Criteria will be published on the WP Cycling website in due course. https://www.wpcycling.com/mtb/
