The Energy Lab Valentine's Fun Run promises to be a festive  event that combines the joy of running with the spirit of love and romance. Participants come together on Valentine's Day to celebrate their commitment to fitness and their love for each other and to raise funds for the CRC cares charity

The run starts and finishes at the Kalahari Mall in Upington, but takes runners on a fun off road experience through the grounds of the adjacent Duineveld High School grounds.

Participants will be rewarded with a special Valentines coffee mug. One of our sponsors, The Desert Wolf Spur also has a special treat for all participants finishing as a couple.
