GENERAL INFORMATION:

Terms And Conditions

• There will be No Refunds due to rain, lightning or venue rain damage cancellation.
• There will be No Transfer of online entries due to not pitching up for a race.
• All ages welcome
• A minimum of 20 entrants must register for stage challenge. If minimum entries are not reached, the challenge will be cancelled and entrants will be refunded. Option to do one day race will apply.

**** IMPORTANT PET FRIENDLY ARRANGEMENTS AND RULES ****

Very strict rules will be applied during the weekend, as all dogs will have to be kept on leash at all times due to the other animals roaming around on the venue.

There are also baboons roaming free at the venue and therefore necessitates the on-leash requirement for all dogs.

Non-adherence to this rule will be subjected to a R500 fine and you might be requested to leave the establishment without any refunds.

PET FRIENDLY RULES: 

• Dogs are welcome on the 6.5km and 10km route.  
• Please note that it is STRICTLY ON LEASH, due to all the other animals roaming free on the farm.
• Only dogs taking part in the trail run may be brought to the venue.
• There won't be people available to look after your dog while you are out on the trails.

ACCOMMODATION: 

9 Glamping tents (sleeps 2) available at our off-grid camping site – R1000 per tent/night shared. Only available for the stage challenge.

30 Camping stands available at our off-grid camping site- R50/person per night.

Ambulation facilities will be shared. Wood will be available for the ‘donkie boiler’.

Saturday – 16 March 2024:

• Registration and on-the-day entries will be open between 06h00 till 06h50
• Race briefing will be held at 06h50
• The 21km entrants will start at 07h00
• The 10km entrants will start at 07h15
• The 6.5km entrants will start at 07h30
• Food and drink stalls will be available at the venue
• Awards ceremony will take place from 11h00 till 12h00
• Check-out and departure from 12h00

Sunday – 17 March 2024:

• Race briefing will be held at 06h50
• The 21km entrants will start at 07h00
• Awards ceremony will take place from 10h30 till 11h00
• Check-out and departure from 12h00
