Dirtopia’s team will open singletrack especially for the event, perhaps with a sting in the tail of the Knorhoek valley.
The Scorpio zodiac sign concerns itself with beginnings and endings and is unafraid of either. As 2023 draws to an end, join another one of the Sportsmans Warehouse trail run events at this stunning venue near Stellenbosch.

5.5km – R120 and 11km – R150 (was R140 & R170)

Kids under the age of 18 pay only R60 pre-entry.
Late entries will be taken on event day at an additional fee of R50 (from adult pre0entry). NB: Late entry kids under 18 pay the normal late entry fee.
Timing by Amarider Trailtag.co.za is optional. Rent a tag for the morning (R20) or to buy a permanent one for all Dirtopia events (R100) to get live results.
ROUTE DESCRIPTIONS:
These routes have Dirtopia signature trails through forest and various other terrain in the Knorhoek valley below Simonsberg mountain. Not to be missed with spectacular views and trail experiences that you won’t soon forget! Meurant Botha designs and marks trails since 1997 – also named the godfather of trails, and still manages the routes himself.

GENERAL INFO:
Pre-entries will get the discount. A refreshment station on both routes will have Powerade, fruit and cold water. Medal and Coke to all finishers. Recovery massages available from Ultimate Sports Recovery. Sportsmans Warehouse vouchers, Knorhoek wines and FALKE socks product prizes for the winners of the top three male & females of each distance, as well as in the lucky draw. PVM samples before and after your run and prizes for the 5km kids too.
The coffee stand will be open from early morning plus drinks and food for sale afterwards. Relax on the lawn with some wine while waiting for the lucky draws! Professional photography and MC for the vibe…
