Distances and starting times:
- 21km – R130 - 07h00 - ASA License required - R170,00 (unlicensed includes temporary licence)
- 10km – R90 - 07h30 - ASA License required - R130,00 (unlicensed includes temporary licence)
- 5km – R40 - 08h00
Cut Off times:
- 21km - 3 and half hours
- 10km - 2 and half hours
Your entry will include the following:
- Race starts and end in the beautiful scenery of the Langebaan Country Estate.
- Part of the 21km and 10km races will include the beautiful West Coast National Park with all its spring flowers and the grueling “Black Mamba”
- Well stocked water/nutrition points
- Medals for all the athletes
- Ample parking
- BoutTime will ensure for instant results on your phone, website & on their electronic result boards at the finish, no more waiting
