What's in it for you?

There will be 3 routes on offer: 5km, 10km and the challenging but epic 21km.

But wait, there will also be...

Jumping castle for the kids, De Grendel award-winning wines, free ASICS shoes test, Rooibos Man bakkie competition, Hammer aid stations, vibey race village, food vendors and live entertainment and finally...lucky draw prizes to the value of R30,000 worth fighting for!

Routes:

All the routes start and end at the race village next to the restaurant at De Grendel.

The 5km is a pleasant runs past the dam and around the fields and is perfect for families and walkers. The longer 10km adds some climbing but makes up with breathtaking views and is for the avid intermediate runner. The epic 21km will make the lungs and legs work but is the best view in the house of the Atlantic Ocean and one of the 7 natural wonders of the world, Table Mountain.

Registration:

• Friday 22 September from 13:00 to 19:00 - ASICs store in Canal Walk
• Saturday 23 September from 10:00 to 14:00 - ASICS store in Canal Walk
• Sunday 24 September from 6:30 to 7:30 - Dragonfly Tri gazebo at De Grendel Wine Estate

Late Entries :

• Available at registration sessions above.
• We accept card, Snapscan or cash.
• Late entries attract a R50 late entry administration fee.
• Late entries will not be timed.

Race Start Times:

• 7:30am - 21km
• 8:00am - 10km
• 8:15am - 5km
• Race briefing will be 10 minutes before each start time.

Parking:

• Parking is on the grass section next to the dam and not by the restaurant. Please follow the instructions of the parking marshals.
• VIP tickets are allocated VIP parking close to the race village.

Timing:

• Timing will be done by BoutTime
• Timing cards will be handed out at registration (excluding Just Run Ticket).
• Timing cards must be handed back at the finish or pay a replacement fee of R200.
• It is the responsibility of each athlete to tag properly and make sure they hear a beep and see a green light.
• Late entries will not be timed.

Refund Policy:

• Full refund up to 14 days prior to race
• 50% refund from 14 to 7 days prior to race
• 0% in last 7 days prior to race
