The Awesome Threesome Comrades Training Long Run is back!
Brought to you by Manoni Sports Club, Chillie Running Club and Waterfall City Athletics Club — this run has quickly established itself as an essential Comrades Marathon prep. As we say this year, the route only asks questions. The Awesome Threesome’s challenging routes will start and finish at Curro Waterfall school sports grounds in Midrand, taking in popular running sections of Johannesburg. We will have well stocked water points every 5kms manned by the vibiest crews from partner running clubs.

What’s more, we’ll have plenty of pacing groups all led by popular Comrades bus drivers, top physios for some post run TLC and a vibrant finish ambience. 

Our host venue, Curro Waterfall School will provide free ample parking, change rooms and showers available for use by runners. We will also have stalls for food and drinks, so bring along your loved ones to support and cheer you along the route and hang out at the finish.
