10 km: 2 refreshment points at 2.5 km and 5 km and turn (consists of 5 km out and 5 km back)
21.1 km: 5 refreshment points at 3 km, 6 km, 9 km, 12 km, 15 km and 18.5 km (consists of 1 loop of 15 km tar surface and 6.1 km gravel surface.
