Celebrate summer with Dragonfly Tri and Rooibos MAN at Capaia Wines on 9 December 2023
Routes and Distances
5km Fun Run - Perfect for families and walkers starting around the dam, then looping up the hill with an elevation of 110m and then back down through the vineyards.
10km Lung Buster - Great for intermediate runners starting around the dam, heads for the hills with an elevation of 200m. There is some flowing single track below the cellar before heading back through the vineyards to the finish.
Registration
- from 6:00am (at Capaia)
- Collect your race wristband & timing chip
- Vehicle keys can be handed in for safe keeping (while you race)

Late Entries on the day at Registration 6:00 (excludes breakfast bun and timing)

Event Timing
The event will be timed by our Mobii timing system. Timing wristbands need to be handed back at the finish line (R200 replacement fee). We recommend pre-entering as we have limited number of wristbands for late entries.

| Route information | Directions from Cape Town: Directions from Stellenbosch: Take the R304 towards Klipheuwel / Malmesbury. Turn left for Klipheuwel. Turn right (still on the R304) just after Klipheuwel. Continue on this road towards Philadelphia. You will go over a single-lane bridge, up a little hill and just over the hill, turn left onto the Old Malmesbury Road. Follow this road until you turn right onto the Botterberg gravel road. |
