R622 Trails is a two day stage race that will take you on the most unique and beautiful private tracks over floating bridges and fence ramps, through private farms, forests and wetlands. With views that will make you actually stop and get off your bike, we have some riders that have been with us from the very first edition in 2017 and they are yet to ride the exact same route over the years. The first day is approximately 60km and the second day is approximately 50km. We love single track, like LOVE it!. If we could make the entire race out of pure single track, we would. This our 7th year running and will hopefully will be our best. R622 is best known for its farm-style hospitality, affordability, a race village that gets to know you individually and a weekend of pure fun that keeps riders coming back every year. 

We know that not everyone is a top MTB cyclist (and very few get there without the help of their supporters) so we have the option of either riding or supporter packages so that the whole family can join in on the weekend.

MTB Package: 'The Full Ride or Die Package'

MTB Package: 'Eating is Cheating Package' 

This package will unfortunately not be available for the 2023 edition of the R622 Trails. This option was implemented due to the short entry time available in 2022 and we wanted our riders to still be able to join us if they hadn't budgeted for a full package. At R622, we love our riders to all share in on the same experiences in the village and make the most out of our all-inclusive packages. Please be aware that all supporters that are joining for the weekend need to purchase a supporter package as strict access control and wristband checks will be in order. 

Not keen to setup your own tent?

This year we have a limited amount of 2-sleeper (dome) and 4-sleeper (safari) tents which are available for you to add to your race entry. These will be setup with 2/4 foam mattresses for you when you arrive and you will just need to bring your own bedding and whatever luxuries you would like with you in the tent.

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be given for entries. Any medical conditions which arise will need to have a doctors referral letter and entries will be transferred to the following year. Please note that this must be communicated to the organisers at least 1 week before entries closing.
