Rock n Ride is a unique fitness experience for those who are looking to stay healthy, get fit and are looking for something different. These spinning classes include live music and entertainment. Come along and be entertained by a world class band while your instructors push you to your limits. Spinning has never been this much fun. This edition of Rock n Ride will take place at the Decathlon Sports Hub in Bryanston and s brought to you by our activation partners of The Fitness Group and Planet Fitness.
