Rotsvas Challenge is a boutique MTB event held on prestine private trails in Pretoria east, come and join us for the 11th Challenge!

Individual Time trail start followed by our full single-track course. The trail does not have any ridiculous obstacles and is perfectly ridable. The course is however constantly intense, demanding full concentration and frequent bursts of power and technical skills. Many riders are not used to this type of a physical challenge. We do not recommend this event to newbies… The fastest riders will complete the event at an average speed of 15km/h. Most riders will take well over 2 hours to complete the full distance. It is a very rewarding experience and a very unique event. Craft beer, Coffee, great food and an Umpha band awaits at the finish line.

Number Collection: Only paid online entries will be accepted for this event, no late entries, so please ensure to enter online prior to the event. Number collection will take place at 6h30 

Where: Rotsvas (access via 969 Disselboom Str, Wapadrand)

Route options 

• 28km – R300 - 08h00 – Challenging XCO Style course; not for beginners.
• 6 km – R 100 – 11h00 - Kiddies Race (Medal to all finishers)

Your entry will include the following

• Entries limited to 100 for the 28 Km
• Entries limited to 50 for the Kiddies Race 
• Very rewarding MTB ride. Very technical sections
• Oompha Band, Craft Beer, Jumping Castle

General information

• The event is tough, highly challenging, but also enjoyable and down to earth/ personal. It's for friends, friends of friends and family to enjoy the spring, the trails and the veld we have been blessed with.
• It is not a commercial event, but rather all about fun.
