We care about you and want you to succeed.  We arrange runs for you in a safe environment, on a well marked route, that is fun, so you can relax and enjoy your morning run.

Vredenheim is a new farm - this will be your first time running here - boy do they have a lot for you to see

• Wine Farm with award winning wines for tasting
• Animal Farm, its a play park and petting zoo in one for small (and large) children
• Guest House
• Gift Shop
• Big Cats; 3 x Lions, 3 x Tigers, 2 x Leopards (including a rare Black Leopard) - you will be running close by, so no limping or running at the back of the group
• Game Drives; they have Sables, Zebra, Springbok, Fallow Deer and Eland
• Festa Venue, Hudson's Restaurant, Juniper Day Spar
• De Boerderijwinkel, with over 30 imported Ports from Portugal and 15 local fortified Wines (yes, they do tastings )
• Craft Gin Bar, stocking over 205 local Craft Gins (this could take you a while)

Trail Running on Wine Farms

• Safe, Entry level 5km
• Challenging 10km (Loop of the 5km - we don't charge extra for loops so you pay the 5km rate!)
• You can walk any distance

Wine entry includes a bottle of Vredenheim Wine.

How cool is this, there is a choice of starts too.

• The Race = 5km and 10km Race with podium positions and prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.  (junior entries do not get prizes) You start as a group - 10km starts at 07.40am and 5km starts at 08.00am

• Relaxed Run - If you are looking for a fun,  relaxed day running through a wine farm then this is for you.  With our Scan and Go Timing System, you can choose your own Start Time - anytime from 7.00am to 09.30am.  No groups, no crowds, just you and nature ... and you can sleep late.  Scan at the Start line and off you go.
