The Skynamo CROSS CHALLENGE, in partnership with Alphawave and Sportsman’s Warehouse, is taking place on Saturday, 25 February 2023 in Grabouw.
The iconic Cross Challenge at the iconic Grabouw Country Club. South Africa's biggest off-road triathlon. Experience the pristine waters of the Eikenhof dam and the world renowned trails of the Grabouw Country Club for an adventure like never before.
Events and Entry Fees:
- Full Individual - R950 - 1000m Swim, 20km MTB, 7.2km run
- Full Team - R1200 - 1000m Swim, 20km MTB, 7.2km run
- Sprint Individual - R750 - 500m Swim, 10km MTB, 5.5km run
- Sprint Team - R900 - 500m Swim, 10km MTB, 5.5km run
- Kids (12-14) - R150 - 200m Swim, 10km MTB, 3km run
- Kids (9-11) - R150 - 100m Swim, 5km MTB, 2km run
- Kids (6-8) - R150 - 50m Swim, 1.5km MTB, 500m run

Full Race - 08:00
Sprint Race - 09:00
Kids Races - from 11:30
