Hike through the third largest canyon in the world. (Yes, read that again! If you join our transport enjoy lunch at legendary Harries Pancakes and view some of the sites on the famous panorama route!
While hiking through the canyon you will encounter some highlights such as World’s End (upper viewpoint), the lower viewpoint, the Kadishi river, the Tufa waterfall, some pools and of course views on the Canyon and the Three Rondavels. Although leopards live in this area, they are seldom encountered on these trails.
Fair degree of fitness required for this trail - 18km's. Shorter hikes planned for beginners.
5 Hours from Gauteng. Transport available.
Saturday : Trail DISTANCE - 18 kilometer round trip / Trail TIME - 7 hours
Trail DIFFICULTY - Moderate / Difficult (Depending your your fitness level)
Sunday : Trail Distance - 2km round trip to a waterfall
Sunday : 1.5 hr Boat Cruise inside the Canyon (Optional)
