Versus Socks
WE ARE BACK FOR THE TRAIL RUN PARTY OF THE YEAR!
We, alongside Garmin and Asics are proud to present another VERSUS RUN PARTY and this time we are ready to bring even more FUN to Trail Running on 21 May 2022.
The Versus Run Party will be sure to excite both on and off the trails! Taking place in the beautiful town of Franschhoek at Hey Joe Brewing Co.; runners can expect spectacular routes of either 7km, 13km or 25km, with vibey waterpoints and finish line experiences; with a few surprises thrown in for good measure! What's more, all runners will be doing this in the comfort and style of Versus Socks... that's right, every entrant will receive a FREE pair of Versus Socks with their entry at registration! Limited entries are available so don't delay in entering!
Runners and their families/friends are welcome to enjoy a post-run lunch and beer at Hey Joe Brewing Co. who will have a menu ready for you. You can take your lunch to go or enjoy it on the lawns. If you would like to spend the day, please book a table for your group and choose from their à la carte menu.
There will be amazing prizes for the first three places of each distance as well as some other awesome random give-aways!
Routes & Prices:
7km - R240 (including a FREE pair of Versus Socks worth R149)
- This is our shortest route of the day and can accommodate everyone from all fitness backgrounds. Take it easy to reach your steps goals or push yourself for a new PB, the choice is up to you! First time racer? Our 7km is the best route to start with for a beginner/first time.
13km - R360 (including a FREE pair of Versus Socks worth R149)
- 7km not challenging enough but not ready for the 25km? Then our 13km trail is the perfect in between, just enough to challenge you and push you to reach new goals!
25km - R650 (including a FREE pair of Versus Socks worth R149)
- Ready to take it to the next level? Well then this is the route for you. Our 25km route is a few kilometers longer than a half-marathon. This is for experienced runners ready to tackle the rocky and technical terrain of Franschhoek.
Registration:
Race Registration will be on Friday, 20 May at the Versus Socks Shop in Dorp Street, Stellenbosch (12pm to 6pm) or the morning of the race at the venue at 06:30am to 07:30am. You'll receive your FREE pair and goody bag at registration.
