Llands&Sands – Lifeguards Blazing the Trails
Llandudno Beach is world-class. A powerful ocean with ripping surf, white sand, beautiful boulders, rock formations and mountain views. The ultimate sunset destination.
And it’s very own lifesaving club is providing you the opportunity to explore it all! A trail run at the heart of Cape Town’s coastal beauty – raising funds for the lifesaving club that keeps YOUR beach safe.
This is a Virtual Trail Race. To qualify for podium prizes, on the day, you will need to record your run on the STRAVA app to add your time to the leaderboard of the set segment.

RACE TIME: 8h00 START
VENUE: LLANDUDNO SURF LIFESAVING CLUB
Parking for runners available in suburb roads, please be mindful of residents.

We welcome your additional, generous donations to this fundraiser event to assist maintenance of the Lifesaving Club – link includes donation option.
In the event of a cancelled entry, it will be carried over to the next Llands&Sands Trail Run.
RECOMMENDED KIT
- Water – Carry at least 1L (ONE WATER TABLE)
- Fully charged cellphone (076 738 0565 – emergencies only)
- Windbreaker is advised. Waterproof jacket is compulsory if rain is expected.

Registration and Late Entries from 07:00-07:30 at the Lifesaving Clubhouse.
Prizegiving will commence from 10h30 – category prizes as well as lucky draws from ZlaantPeak, JackBlack Brew Co., Kecks Underwear!
