THE GREYT MIDDELPLAAS ESCAPE 2 Day MTB Stage race
The Greyt Middelplaas Escape is returning to a 2 day MTB Stage Race, which promises to be better than ever before.
The 2022 edition will be hosted at the spectacular guest farm Elandskloof, just 20km outside Greyton, set against the backdrop of the majestic backdrop of the majestic Riviersonderend mountain range.
It is the perfect weekend away for avid mountain bikers and ideal to include the whole family. It is the perfect place for hiking, mountain biking, splashing in the river, swimming in the weir or just relaxing in beautiful surroundings and reading a book.
This is one of the top destination mountain bike weekends included in the Overberg MTB Events portfolio.
Distances will be approximately 60km per day. Elevation will be between 1000-1500m per day.
Entry fee:
Solo Entry: R3 700 pp
( including all meals from Friday night to Sunday Afternoon)
Team entry: R7 000
( including all meals from Friday night to Sunday Afternoon)
Accommodation for the Greyt Middelplaas Escape to be booked directly with Elandskloof Guest farm. A variety of accommodation is available to choose from: info@elandsklooffarmcottages.
Routes will be announced closer to the event date.
