"The Triple Threat"
Thank you Cyril, we are back at the races! After all of the uncertainty surrounding events and the possibility of us having to cancel the series for 2021, we cannot wait to get this party started and to do it at the famed MTO Jonkershoek makes it even sweeter!
So, what can you expect? Well, what we can tell you is that you will ride 35km and 4 big stages for the Full enduro and 22km and 2 big "ish" stages for the Lite. We will be releasing the stages over the next couple of weeks in the form of course previews courtesy of WILD AIR Sports.
The event is also a "triple threat"! What the hell is that you ask? Well, the EWC Jonkers edition is playing host to round 3 of the SA Enduro Cup, is an Enduro World Series Qualifier and is the Western Cape provincial champs! In other word's, we hope that you've been training!
In other news, we have an all new event village with ample parking and awesome amenities which will make the vibe that much better!
As you will all know, the fires decimated Jonkershoek last year and major rehab work has been happening to get the trails up and running. Just as the team started to make some real progress, the heavy winter rains arrived and wreaked further havoc washing away roads and trails. With all of that said, the trail teams have done outstanding work and will have all of the major lines running come event week! Respect to everyone involved in making that happen!
Entires close on the 25th of October at 17H00 and are limited to 300 riders!
