This is a 3 day Virtual Race Challenge, which participants can either run, walk or cycle. As this is a Virtual challenge participants may complete each stage in their own environment, whether it be road, trail or even at home.
This Challenge consists of 3 different 3 day challenges.

- Day 2 – 7.5 km
- Day 3 – 5km
- Run Challenge
- Day 1 – 4,5 km
- Day 2 – 8 km
- Day 3 – 6,5 km
- Cycle Challenge
- Day 1 – 15 km
- Day 2 – 28 km
- Day 3 – 22 km
