It is end of the year, let the hair down. Bring family and friends and camp at a lovely setting with like minded people and cycle great trails.

Leeuwenboschfontein 3 day MTBike event  is known for the atmosphere of just enjoying cycling again without pressure of timing or racing. 

The terrain consists of jeep track, gravel roads (to link) and farm roads

The Klein Karoo is known for its wide expanses, starry skies and the "stillness" of the veld, you will encounter game like: Gemsbok, Eland, Mountain Zebra and many more.

Stages:

16 Dec: 61km long with 766m ascent and 50km medium

17 Dec: 77km long with 1073m ascent and 46km medium

18Dec:  Leeubos festival: food stalls + kiddies ride all inclusive but not part of the Reunion Ride Event

19Dec:  50.2 km with 998m ascent  45km with 660m ascent

If for any reason you can only ride one of the days you may now enter for a Single Start.

With Makadas you know we will give you great trails and won't send you to do boring gravel roads you can ride any day.  This event traverses farms with wildlife take your camera with.

The trails are not technical and we welcome novices to the shorter distances, you will love it.

We have a few technical options for those that prefer and this will be communicated at the rider briefing before each stage starts

The veld is in amazing condition, the best I have ever seen the Klein Karoo, we've had good winter rains and a few thunder showers so every bush is green and flowering...the sights and smells are just delightful!
