LYNFORD TRAIL
Date: 11 & 12 September (Registration on Friday 10 September)
The Lynford Trail offers 2 days of trail running through varied terrain from Natural indigenous Bush, Dairy farms, Timber Plantations and Misty Grasslands. Home to Protected Blue Swallow and Oribi.
FULLY CATERED STAGE RACES INCLUDE:
- TENTED ACCOMMODATION FROM Friday to Sunday: including tent & mattress

- Registration is on Friday from 17h00-19h00
- Race Briefing at 6.30pm
Saturday Races
- Ultra 50km: Start at 6am.
- Bull Stage: Start at 7am.
- Heifer & Steer Stage: Start at 8am.
- All races START and FINISH at Lynford School.
Sunday Races
- Race Briefing 07h50 on the main field.
- 15km race start at 08h00 and 8km race starts at 08h10. 5km kids race starts at 08h15.
- All races START and FINISH at Lynford School.

| Route information | Route information: From Durban/PMB, at the Ixopo crossroads (R56/R612), turn right onto R612 and travel approximately 2.6km (do not turn into the Ixopo Village). Turn right at the Lynford School sign. Continue on the dirt road for 2km, which leads you to the school. |
