Tucked away in the suburbs of Pretoria lies one of the toughest short course obstacle races Gauteng has to offer. From mud traps to flying monkeys we have it all in one intense race experience…..

We are the first Obstacle Course Racing(OCR) course in South Africa to have OSFSA(Obstacle Sports Federation South Africa) approved obstacles which will be the benchmark in course design for the future. Our course has been designed by West Hendriks who has represented South Africa in 3 consecutive OCRWC(Obstacle Course Racing World Championships) in London and Canada. "This course is designed to have a mix of the best and most enjoyable obstacles we as elites have done throughout races on the world circuit", adds West the chair of Gauteng North Obstacle Course Racing(GNOCR). 

GNOCR will launch an OCR school league for kids, ages 6-18, which will involve kids of all fitness levels and sports backgrounds. This will give them the opportunity to improve their fitness and strength. 

Whether you use OCR as an escape from the busy office, a time to train with family and friends, or to forge elite fitness; our course caters to all those needs. Come and enjoy an OCR event outdoors and give those "lockdown love handles" a run for their money. It will be an adventure for the whole family to remember. Hope to see you there!
