4. Windbreaker is compulsory. Waterproof jacket is compulsory if rain is expected. NO EXCUSES!

TMC Routes: 

43km Solo -  will start at the original START/FINISH VENUE, Jan Van Riebeek sports field @6am.  

TMC lite (16km)  & TMC(Duo) -  TMC Rebooted lite Start at Suikerbossie restaurant , and this will also be the Duo handover – which means some small route amendments. The route will be slightly shorter, but tougher as you start  off by climbing Llandudno ravine.
