Covid-19 Protocols for event

• VERY LOW RISK assessment for COVID-19 exposure;

• Control measures in place based on above risk assessment;

• A COVID-19 Strategy for the event that will be part of the medical services (Frontiermedix) medical plan;

• Health screening processes for staff and workers are in place (completing temperature & info register);

• Attendees (riders & supporters) screening process (completing temperature & info register);

• Hygiene stations will be available;

• Social distancing based on 1.5m between people at all times;

• No more than 300 attendees (staff and participants) attending the event and max batch starts of 35;

• Contact tracing for all staff, workers and attendees with relevant information attained from register;

• We will disinfect the venue prior and post the event;

• Masks - have to be worn at all times, except when actively taking part during event
