Hakuna Matata Trail Run

Are you looking for a brand new Trail Run with brand new scenery and on top of that a day filled with fun for the whole family - then you need to meet the newest member of our family of events: HAKUNA MATATA TRAIL RUN!!

The 5 & 10km routes will provide beautiful trails, spectacular scenery, game and will fit all types of fitness levels as well as your budget!!

There will be medals, extraordinary water points, lucky draws and lots of fun....don't miss out!!

There will be Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals for male and female on both distances and finishers medals to all!

The all new Hakuna Matata Trail run will replace their Hap and Stap event previously hosted during the Fragrance Fest (www.proemb.co.za).

In collaboration with Jakhals Events. Expect magnificent views, tough hills, slopes, running past dairy cows, through a Macadamia nut orchard and even have a chance to spot some wildlife on-the-go.

You can do it as a fun run-walk or take it serious. It's about enjoying the outdoors with friends and family and pushing your limits!

Activities

Post your run you can enjoy a meal and linger longer at our mini pop-up market at the homestead and enjoy a picnic at the dam.

Various stalls, jumping castle, colouring competition, home made goodies, wine and gin tasting, cheese platters and live music around lunch time. Ending the day with an intimate concert " 'n Sonsondergang vol Aroma" by Petronel Baard around 16h30, at the guest cottages, hosted by Kamerkonserte.
