Glencairn Dusi Camp

Kick your 2020 Dusi preparations off to a flying start. Come and join us (Houston brothers and Haw sisters) at Glencairn farm for 5 days of Dusi specific training and fun in the heart of the Drakensberg.

Starting on the Friday evening before Mixed doubles champs and ending the camp on the Tuesday after Lunch.
We will be running in the Mountains, and paddling in the dam, and hopefully (level dependent) the Drak river.

What this week will include:
- Paddling and running daily
- Core and Mobility Classes with fitness guru Bianca
- Training plans and program talks
- Permanent ablutions and showers
- All meals (3 healthy, scrumptious, meals a day) and a sneaky snack table
- Canvas tented accommodation including mattresses (cottages available at extra cost)
- Entertainment during the day
- Cash Bar will be available


What you will need to bring:
- a river canoe and full paddling kit (life jacket etc)
- some training snacks for those long sessions
- toiletries
- yoga mat (if you have one)
- sleeping equipment (pillow and sleeping bag)
- trail running gear (a small water carrying device 1lt)
- head torch for a night run
- Surrounded by beautiful dams and rivers, so expect to swim and throw the frisbee around.

What it will cost you:
R2 500 for 5 days and 4 nights of high quality entertainment and training. (optional extra for the cottages R450 per person sharing 2 sleeper rooms).
