The 8 Hour Challenge is Back!
Yes, its hard core for Solo but FUN for Relay Teams.
This year we will be hosting the event where real sports stars are born, at the Schalk Burger family farm, Welbedacht Wine Estate in Wellington on the 5 & 6th of May.
SATURDAY 5th MAY 2018
At your own pace how many 5.25km loops can you do in 8 hours?
Remember you DON’T need to run for 8 Hours, but challenge yourself to see how many you can do eg. if you do only 4 loops you have done 21km and 8 loops will be a Marathon!
Price Money Winner:
4 team members, runners 1 & 2 run a 5.25km loop Relay with runners 3 & 4 each double team does 3 loops each and the 7th loop they must run together.
Prizes are Products / Hampers / Medals

This is a 4 Man Team Male/Female; every member of the team runs a relay 2 x 5.25km (total of 10.5km per Team Mate.)
