LYNFORD TRAIL
Date: 5 & 6 September (Registration on Friday 4 September)
The Lynford Trail offers 2 days of trail running through varied terrain from Natural indigenous Bush, Dairy farms, Timber Plantations and Misty Grasslands. Home to Protected Blue Swallow and Oribi.

- Registration is on Friday from 17h00-19h00
- Race Briefing at 6.30pm
Saturday Races
- Ultra 50km Runners are required to meet at 04H15 for departure at 04H30 to your start at 05h30.
- Bull Stage Runners are required to meet at 05H30 for departure at 05H45 to your start at 07H00.
- Heifer & Steer Stage Runners are required to meet at 07H00 for departure @ 07H15 to your start at 08H00.
- All races FINISH at Lynford School.
Sunday Races
- Race Briefing 07h50 on the main field.
- 15km start at 08h00 and 8km Race starts at 08h10. 4km race start at 08h15.

| Route information | Route information: From Durban/PMB, at the Ixopo crossroads (R56/R612), turn right onto R612 and travel approximately 2.6km (do not turn into the Ixopo Village). Turn right at the Lynford School sign. Continue on the dirt road for 2km, which leads you to the school. |
